At FamiDear, we provide secure and reliable payment options to ensure a smooth transaction experience. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

2. PayPal
You may complete your purchase using PayPal. As a trusted third-party payment provider, PayPal securely processes your payment information. FamiDear does not store your full payment credentials, providing an additional layer of protection.


3. Google Pay / Apple Pay / Shop Pay
We also support accelerated checkout options such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. These services use encrypted technology and may require authentication through your device or account to complete the transaction securely.


Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure systems using industry-standard encryption technologies (such as SSL). FamiDear does not store complete credit card details. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy and data protection policies.


Currency

All prices listed on our website are in USD. If you are paying from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may convert the transaction into your local currency based on their applicable exchange rate. Additional fees (such as foreign transaction fees) may apply and are determined by your financial institution.


Order Review & Payment Verification

To prevent unauthorized transactions, some orders may be subject to additional verification procedures, including but not limited to:

  • 3D Secure authentication
  • One-time password (OTP) verification
  • Manual order review

Order processing may be delayed during verification. If verification cannot be completed, the order may be canceled.


Payment Failure & Risk Control

Payments may fail for several reasons, including:

Free Shipping

At FamiDear, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review the following shipping details before placing your order.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight services, depending on the size and type of the product.

Shipping & Delivery Area

We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.).

We are unable to ship to the following locations:
• Alaska and Hawaii
• All U.S. territories and associated states (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Freely Associated States)
• APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• PO Boxes

Please ensure you provide a complete residential or commercial street address for delivery.

In-Stock Items

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Custom Orders
Custom products are made based on your selected options and design preferences. Due to the personalized production process, the timeline is longer than standard orders.

  • Estimated Production & Delivery Time: Approximately 2–3 months

Our customer service team will contact you after your order is placed to confirm details. You are also welcome to reach out at any time to check the progress of your order.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen logistics factors. We appreciate your understanding.

30 Days Return

At FamiDear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward return process. Please review the following terms and conditions before initiating a return.


General Return

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be brand new and unused
  • The item must be unassembled and in its original packaging
  • The item must be free from any visible damage
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a return.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns
  • The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Opened or used items that do not meet the return conditions
  • Items with visible stains or damage caused by misuse

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a Return Request
    Log in to your FamiDear account, go to “My Orders,” select the item, and submit a return request.
  2. Packaging
    Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all parts, instructions, and accessories.
  3. Shipping Label
    Once your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Please attach it to your package.
  4. Ship the Package
    Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location. Please keep the tracking number for your records.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your request, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (including the outer box and label)

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or a full refund.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items)
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
